1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all orders. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must be: — New (unused and unopened), or — Lightly used (tried once or twice, with most of the product remaining)

We do not accept returns on items that are more than lightly used, significantly opened, or damaged due to misuse.

3. How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@sophiayork.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sofia York is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within the following timeframes depending on your payment method:

— Credit or Debit Card: up to 30 days — PayPal: up to 30 days — Klarna: up to 30 days

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Sofia York will process the refund on our end as quickly as possible.

6. Refund Method All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds to a different account or payment method.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sophiayork.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: — Products that have been heavily used or fully opened — Items purchased on final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
