1. Free Shipping Sofia York offers free shipping on all products in our store. No minimum order value is required. The shipping cost at checkout will be £0.00.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframe Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK and international public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs clearance, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@sophiayork.com and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number where available. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@sophiayork.com.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes Sofia York ships internationally. Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order. Sofia York is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Sofia York is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@sophiayork.com. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you. 9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sophiayork.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
